The Old House Hotel and Spa’s Wedding Show was a blast. This wasn’t your typical bridal trade show. At this show, each vendor got their own hotel room to decorate and promote. Guests walked throughout the 3 floors of the hotel, sipping complementary wine, eating delicious treats and going into different hotel rooms to meet each vendor, gather information and find out about the business the room was promoting.
I thought this was such a cool idea. It gave us vendors a chance to have time to chat with couples in a setting that was completely about us and it was much more personal than other trade shows we have done in the past. Purely Flower Boutique and I shared a room on the first floor and our room rocked, (thanks to all those gorgeous flowers Tamara brought in)!! Check out below to see how we transformed the room… everyone wondered what we did with all the furniture!
When I first saw this room I instantly new I wanted to hide all the furniture, but since we couldn’t actually take anything out of the hotel room I had to get creative!
After setting up the basics the night before, I was able to meet Tamara from Purely Flowers in the morning to finish off all the final touches!
